Where to Go? The beautiful village of Mijas Pueblo, 'jewel of the Costa del Sol', is situated at 1,404 feet on Sierra de Mijas mountain.
When you wander through the narrow cobbled streets of this Andalucian village, you can understand why many artists and writers live here, enjoying an excellent year round climate, without being part of the more commercial coastal towns just 15 minutes away. Despite its popularity, Mijas Pueblo manages to retain its Andalucian lifestyle, the locals displaying their unabashed passion for festivals. Great views, restaurants, gift shops and museums.
