Short-term lets and holiday lets

If you wish to let your property in the Marbella, Mijas and Costa del Sol areas for short and holiday lets, we can obtain tenants for you through advertising and the contacts that we have built up relationships with over the years.

Once an enquiry has been received, normally via e-mail, we answer any questions. If they would like to book, we require a 20% deposit and then the balance on arrival. We would normally meet them with the keys but if we are not available we make alternative arrangements.

If the booking is over 7 days we normally change the linen and give the property a small clean, this also gives us the opportunity to check your property.

Services include:

• Collect balance of outstanding money
• Mobile phone or personal support to tenant, if there is a problem or wants information
• Contacting the owner if there is a problem with the property and agreeing a resolution
• Welcome packs can be provided into your home, i.e. milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, orange juice, bread, butter, eggs at an extra cost, please ask if you require this service.
