Long-term lets

If you wish to let your property long term, we would obtain your tenant through advertising, using our contacts and other agencies along the coast.

We view your property with the client and answer any questions they have.

We always obtain the following: copy of passport or residence or NIE number plus deposit.

Also if possible we like to see a work contract or copy of recent bank statement and references from previous landlords.

We then draw up the rental contract.

If the tenant does not like the property then there is no charge.

Services include:

  • Collect cash rent OR Check rental payment has been made into the owners bank account
  • Organize electric and water utility payment
  • Provide rental contract
  • Mobile phone or personal support to the tenant, if there is a problem
  • Contacting the owner if there is a problem with the property and agreeing a resolution
  • Provide an inventory, at extra cost
