Terms & Conditions

When you submit an enquiry you will receive an automatically generated email to the email address you provided. This does not form a contract between us. A contract shall only arise when your booking is subsequently confirmed in writing via a letter of confirmation sent to you by post or email.

When your booking is confirmed, a contract will exist between you and the accommodation provider. We are legally bound to provide accommodation as booked; you in turn, are legally bound to pay.

To secure your holiday with Marbellalinks we require a deposit of 25% of the cost of your holiday. Whilst every effort is made to obtain an alternative booking in the event of a cancellation by you, unfortunately it is not always possible to do so. It is with regret, therefore, that if you have to cancel within 8 weeks of your holiday, or if you have to curtail your holiday once you have arrived, we are unable to refund your holiday costs. In the event of your cancelling your holiday more than 8 weeks prior to your start date, only your deposit is non-refundable.

It is strongly recommended, therefore, that you take out a holiday insurance policy thus avoiding further disappointment and distress.

The balance of your holiday is due in euro cash on arrival, then Marbellalinks will give you the keys to the property.

In the event of your holiday being cancelled or curtailed by us for reasons of fire, flood or similar natural occurrence, we guarantee to try to offer you an alternative holiday where available.  Where this is not achievable, we will refund in full your holiday, or the part of the holiday which we were not able to accommodate.

We are unable to control flights and the weather and therefore if you are unable to reach us due to floods, snow or any other extreme conditions, we are unable to offer you a refund and therefore, you must claim via your travel insurance.

Under no circumstances must the the maximum number of people allowed in each property be exceeded.

You are responsible for the property and are expected to take all reasonable care with its contents. You are required to leave the cottage in the same clean and tidy condition as it was presented to you.
